Responsibilities
  1. Daily operations (Traffic flow, cleanliness, maintenance & repair, signs, lighting)
  2. Revenue (Hourly parking, season Parking, Paid complimentary, refund of deposit, revenue reconciliation, promotions)
  3. Implement inspection regime
  4. System operations, maintenance, upgrade & renewal (EPS, PGS, Top up stations)
  5. Compilation of monthly reports
  6. Review parking charges from time to time and make recommendations
  7. Manage customers feedbacks and requests in a timely manner
  8. Review and implement work processes
  9. Administer vendor contracts (maintenance contract, payment gateway)
  10. Annual Budget
  11. Any other duties
Experience

Min 3 years of experience in managing at least 300 car park lots

Exhibit strong initiative and interpersonal skill
