Suntec City

Project Period: June 2012 – June 2015

Suntec City is an iconic integrated commercial development comprising of five office towers, a convention centre and a retail mall. In 2012, APM was commissioned to undertake the S$410.0 million AEI project – a three-phase asset enhancement for the retail mall and convention centre. 

The three year project enhanced the asset greatly, with key improvements such as:

• Increase of the retail NLA from 855,000 square feet to 960,000 square feet
• Improved the yield of the asset and enhanced the retail tenant mix. 
• Strengthened retail mix
• Placemaking a World-class and award winning convention centre
