Klang Parade is a prominent landmark located along the bustling Jalan Meru and a household name among the local community since 1955.
In 2013, the APM Malaysia team embarked on a year-long asset enhancement project of three of their portfolio – 1 Mont’ Kiara, Ipoh Parade and Klang Parade. The Klang Parade AEI project was one worth MYR91.6 million.
Key enhancements include:
- Improving the facade and entrance of the mall, making it a more enticing shopping destination to visit.
- Creation of more leasable space, including alfresco spaces and increased retail units.
- Increased asset’s sustainability with implementation of LED light usage
- Redefined shopper experience with the inclusion of new atrium spaces, ample skylight, new landscaping and better connectivity within the asset.
