Ipoh Parade is a retail destination in Ipoh.
In 2013, the APM Malaysia team embarked on a year-long asset enhancement project of three of their portfolio – 1 Mont’ Kiara, Ipoh Parade and Klang Parade.
The Ipoh Parade AEI project was worth MYR91.6 million.
Key enhancements include:
- Rejuvenation of the exterior and interior of the retail mall, creating a vibrant facade and relocating entrances to strategic positions.
- Addition of signage opportunities for mall and tenants
- Redesign and improvements of in-mall amenities such as bathrooms, nursing room and prayer room.
- Enhanced tenant mix for a broader range of quality shopping experience.
